Webhooks: Getting Notified When Links Are Used
Webhooks let TinyX send an automatic notification to another tool the moment something happens — a link is created, deleted, or a file is uploaded through an Upload Drop. No polling required.
Supported Platforms
TinyX webhooks work with:
Slack — posts a message to a channel
Discord — posts to a channel via a webhook URL
Google Chat — posts to a Space
Generic webhook — sends a JSON POST to any URL you control

Every TinyX short link automatically collects click data. Here's how to read it and what you can do with it.
Viewing Analytics for a Link
Go to Links in your dashboard
Click the link you want to inspect
Open the Analytics tab
You'll see a summary of all recorded clicks for that link.
What's Tracked
Click count — total number of times the link has been followed. Updated in real-time.

TinyX gives you two ways to make a link stop working automatically: after a set date/time, or after a certain number of clicks. You can use one or both together.
Time-Based Expiry
Set a date and time after which the link will no longer redirect visitors.
To set it:
Open New Link or edit an existing link
In the Expiry section, toggle on Expires at and pick a date and time
Save the link
After the expiry time passes, anyone who visits the link will see an "This linkFew readersQR Codes: Generating and Downloading
Every TinyX short link has a QR code generated automatically. You can download it and use it anywhere — print, signage, presentations, packaging, wherever.
Generating a QR Code
You don't need to do anything special — TinyX creates a QR code for every link at the moment you create it.
To access it:
Go to Links in your dashboard
Find the link you want a QR code for
Click the QR icon on the link row, or open the link detail and look for the QR code section

An Upload Drop is a special type of TinyX link that lets someone upload a file to you — without them needing an account. Think of it as a secure inbox for receiving files.
When to Use This
Collecting documents from clients (contracts, IDs, forms)
Receiving design assets or media files
Gathering submissions from a team or contributors
Any situation where you need files from someone rather than sharing files to them

TinyX lets you create shareable form links using simple Markdown. No form builder to learn — just write your questions in plain text and TinyX renders them as a clean, submittable form.
Creating a Questionnaire
Go to Links and click New Link
Select Questionnaire as the link type
Write your questions in the Form content field using Markdown (see syntax below)
Optionally set a password, response limit, or expiry
Click Create Link

What "Zero-Knowledge" Means
